Okay so i
usually break out around my period and it sucks it seems like theres nothing that i can do to prevent this monstrosity! But it always goes way AFTER my period. And I have heard about taking vitamins but if i do what kind of vitamins should i take and i also do Not drink soda or eat chocolate any more.

Well all you have to do is keep your face clean BEFORE your period, that way your face doesn't have a chance of breaking out of oil/dirt build up.How to stop pimples from attacking around my period?
uhm, you could try birth control pills. they help requlate yout period and can also help clear up your face too.
