Please tell me how to reduce pimples and stop reoccuring.no cream suits my skin?

Step One

Wash your face at least twice a day with a mild cleanser. Use a pH-balanced cleanser without perfumes or too many chemical additives.

Step Two

Touch your face as little as possible, and only when your hands are clean.

Step Three

Avoid squeezing pimples. Bacteria on your hands or on unsterile equipment can lead to more blemishes and possible scarring.

Step Four

Steam your face once or twice a week to help open the pores. Boil water, remove the pot from the stove, drape a towel over your head and hold your face over the pot. Then rinse your face with cold water. (See ';Make an Herbal Facial,'; under Related eHows.)

Step Five

Use essential oils such as calendula, chamomile, juniper, lavendar and mint directly on your skin. Mix 10 drops of any of the oils with 2 tbsp. soy or almond oil, and smooth a few drops on dampened skin.

Step Six

Try using herbs. Saw palmetto can help balance boys' hormones, while chaste tree berry can do the same for girls. Echinacea, alfalfa, burdock root, cayenne, chaparral and yellow dock root are also helpful.

Step Seven

Consider other topical mixtures. Beat an egg yolk, apply it with a cotton ball and leave it on for 15 minutes. Alternatively, mix oatmeal and honey together to form a paste and apply it to your face. Oatmeal soaks up excess oil and honey soothes the skin.

Step Eight

Take acidophilus to fight bacteria.

Step Nine

Eat a diet high in fiber, including whole grains and fresh vegetables and fruits, to keep your body healthy overall and provide nutrients to your skin. Stay away from junk food, caffeine and salty foods.

Step Ten

Determine whether specific foods aggravate your skin and eliminate them from your diet.

Step Eleven

Consider adding zinc supplements to your diet.

Step Twelve

Limit your exposure to the sun and reduce the stress in your life.

Tips

Consult a dermatologist if your acne is severe.

Take a multivitamin/mineral supplement if you are taking zinc. Increased intake of zinc requires more copper and manganese.

I used actual .05 retin-A. Your dermatologist can prescribe it but I usually go to Tijuana to buy it super cheap. I also used ';cleocin-T'; gel and my dermatologist put me on an antibiotic for a couple of years. I know this sounds like a lot but I am telling you, during that time I had the most beautiful skin ever. I don't break out that often now, but when I do, I just start using just the retin a again. It really works, but it takes about 4 - 6 weeks before your skin gets under control.

Oh, and by the way, the best moisturizer I have ever used was recommended to me by that dermatologist, is called ';complex-15'; and you can get it at www.drugstore.comPlease tell me how to reduce pimples and stop reoccuring.no cream suits my skin?
see a dermatologist if you can and get him to prescribe Retin A cream. it's very effective in prevention but you might need dermabrasion or laser to get rid of existing scars
sometimes the skin's pH balance gets messed up after too many harsh creams and cleansers. try using plain old cetaphil for a while and see if your skin calms down. its very gentle and can only help not hurt!
Try Proactiv. It is a skin care line you can purchase on QVC.

Many people have had good results with this. If this doesn't help you may need to see a dermatologist for prescription to help you skin. Good Luck!
Apply slices of tomato on your skin, the pulp of the tomato has astringent properties which can prevent acne. I came across a lot of simple and natural remedies for treating and preventing acne at http://acxe.info
The best thing that I know of is ProActive.
Well I use a facial steamer, it works really well, set it on hot for 15 min, then cold. I tried it the other day, and now my face is back to normal. If you do hot, it hurts a bit because the steam is hot, but its actually opening up your blocked pores, and then cold makes your face fell good. If it doesn't work the first time, do it a couple more times. You notice how your face feels really greasy afterwards, that's the stuff in your blocked pores. Pat your face dry with a clean towel, if you scrub, it irritates your face.

Good luck!
If you can't get your hands on any good medecine, just wash your face 3 times a day, or after anything that makes you sweat, like jogging or something. Don't use soap that is very irritating to your skin, or ask your derma to give you good soap.
i second cetaphil
