Does tooothpaste actually help stop pimples?!?!?

Why or why not? Has this worked for anyone?Does tooothpaste actually help stop pimples?!?!?
No it doesn't its just a myth. In fact it can actually irritate it more making it worse. Toothpaste contains high level of hydrogen peroxide, which really helps in achieving that winning smile, but when applied on the face, works like an acid irritating and burning the skin. You might have removed the pimple but in place of it is a scar. If you think that a scar is better than a pimple then that is your choice. Just remember that toothpaste on pimples is not a very ideal pimple removal solution.

Another important thing that you should remember, acne is a different case from occasional bump or zit. So just imagine if you will use toothpaste on each pimple you will burn or scarred your whole face. Acne is a severe pimple problem that cannot be remedied with simple toothpaste on pimples solution. You need expert solution, one that is prescribed by a dermatologist.Does tooothpaste actually help stop pimples?!?!?
No there are no ingredients in any toothpaste that help stop pimples. The only suggestion that I can give you to work on thos big, stubborn pimples, is to buy a mask (for women) at the drug store and put that on it at night when your getting ready to go to bed. Let it dry there and stay over night. Before you put on the face mask part, you need to get a really hot washcloth and stick it on your pimple for a minute. For some reason heat helps bring the head up. The the face mask part will bring up all the oil around it, it be able to get the head out faster.
It does because it has so much cleaning components in it that it cleans your skin if you put it on, but I do not recomend it because there are more natural ways to clear up skin problems like oatmeal, also eating more natural thing, not as much fatty foods meaning greasy food, drink water, the way to go is natural, that is why it is called natural beauty.
it depends, some can actually inflame it. make sure it's a paste not a gel and one with the fewest additives works best such as an organic or natural one. but with all the acne treatments out there, toothpaste should be a last resort.
yes it does..the ingrediants in the toothpaste that cause it to stay firm when we squeeze it from tube also cuase it to draw....poisens...from your skin as it hardens.
Yes the ingredients in it will dry it up. Also, Clearasil face pads work very good. If you're gonna use toothpaste though, use it at night.
It doesn't stop pimples. If you have a pimple, you usually put toothpaste on it to dry it up. It doesn't prevent them.
holy crap last night i put a dab on my zit/pimple thing and the next morning it was soooo much better ! not completely gone but you could barely see it i was so amazed! :)
yes
okay if you put toothpaste in the pimple then they will make a farting sound
