At what age do people generally stop getting pimples?

It varies person to person. For me, I was still getting acne well into my late twenties without any let up. Finally I turned to accutane and I have clear skin for the first time in 15 years. Some grow out of it and some don't. You may want to look into seeing a dermatologist to see what type of acne you have. Some types are brought on by hormones and will pass as your body matures into adulthood. Some forms may need a little more help than can be solved by simply washing your face every day.At what age do people generally stop getting pimples?
It ranges from about 15 to never. Some people have it for their entire lives. It is a safe bet that by age 20 you will not have any, maybe even by 17 if you use skin medicine. At what age do people generally stop getting pimples?
Well for those who generally had it throughout their teenage years, about 20 is when you stop getting them.
