How do i stop getting leg pimples from riding?

i'm a horseback rider and i ride in jeans for the most part. i've started riding a lot more often and i love it, but the more i ride the more i get these little red bumps or tiny pimples on the insides of my legs that sometimes last for days. any suggestions on how to stop this from happening??How do i stop getting leg pimples from riding?
Don't wear jeans, wear riding pants, the materials are softer. Also, this can happen with anything causing friction with the skin. You sweat from riding (another reason different pants are good, jeans don't breathe well) so the best thing to do is shower after and EXFOLIATE. That is the key. If you shave your legs you'll have to do it often in that areas because the hair growing in can cause bumps. So basically, clean, exfoliate, shave and then put lotion on.How do i stop getting leg pimples from riding?
Sounds like you are getting a rash. Let it heal before riding again. Try using some cortisone ointment. Then try wearing tighter jeans. : )
Buy some Jodphurs from your local saddlery and if that doesn't help you can buy knee high chaps that are generally made of sued or soft leather that strap onto your legs, they make riding so much more comfier and protect you legs also!
Get exfoliating gloves. They'll help...
