which kind of diet i should take to stop growing pimples? my diet is irregular and i have got pimples so plz give me ans sooonWhich kind of diet i should take to stop growing pimples?
Okay, so...pimples. I've never had this problem as a result of my diet, but I have noticed that if I eat excessively greasy foods (chicken wings, pizza, etc) that I do get more oil on my face, and thus need to wash more.

So, if you're eating irregularly, try eating healthier (fruits, veggies, cereal, etc) in the place of all that other stuff, and look at investing in some of that ';deep facial cleanser'; stuff. That should do the trick.Which kind of diet i should take to stop growing pimples?
It's not your diet. It's just that some people have pimples, and some don't. (and some are in the middle) Just keep washing your face daily, and don't touch it a lot.
Drink twice as much water and wash with soap and water twice as often as you do.

You need a detox.
Avoid sugar! That is the key cause of pimples and zits and most acne. Fruits are good because they have natural sugar, but processed sugary foods like desserts, pastries, ice cream, cake, brownies, cookies, etc. will sky rocket your number of pimples. Also, have plenty of water, vegetables, fruits, and whole grains to keep healthy. Nuts like almonds and walnuts will help keep your skin radiant and healthy with their minerals and Vitamin E.

To help your current pimples, try dabbing them with toothpaste (a regular mint flavor) until they dry, then sleep with it overnight; rinsing off with a warm wet towel in the morning. Your zits and pimples should be dried up and much better! Also, Clean %26amp; Clear has pimple treatments which you can dab on by day at school.
my best friend is 32 she still gets the wonderful things.
wash your face
My daughter used to have pimples but it fizzled out as she grew older. I think it usually does as one matures. Anyway, avoid fatty foods because they make your skin oily. Also avoid chocolates, peanuts and junk foods. Drink lots of water. Wash your face three times a day to refresh your skin and wash away dirt and oil, specially before going to bed so as not to clog up your pores.

Sometimes, though, pimples are not caused by any of the things I mentioned earlier. It may be hereditary, in the genes; or, due to emotional and physical stress.
i think the diet has nothing to do with the pimple but you should sleep early and wake up early, wash your face frequently with soap or just water after you sweat or you felt like it's oily.
drink plenty of water!!it is the best medicine
Avoid chocolate and other things with high sugar content.
