How can i stop pimples?

i am 13 last 6 month onwards i have pimples.


how can i stop pimples.


do you have any tips.

It is normal having some spots since you are growing up. Don't worry because they might increase. Stress might be the cause. Moreover, drink at least 8 glasses of water daily, Eat a balanced diet,..especially freash fruits- if you don't love eating them, just use a juicer and squeze them they might taste better...IIt's impotant as well to use cleanser, toner and mostuirizer daily, and they must be for oily skin. If your problem resist-- Then talk to a determologist.How can i stop pimples?
You can only reduce the intensity by following the suggestions given by the answerers; you cannot altogether stop it! It is a natural phenomenon. Just grin and bear it! Nobody is going to hate you for your pimples. O.K.?
first of all keep a check if u have dandruff. u should take care of the cleanliness of the face don,t use harsh soaps and avoid oily and fried food, try drinking lot of waterand eat fibre rich food. using calamine lotion will also help.when u get a pimple there is a cream called fucidin apply it the pimple will be finished by night.try this it helped me a lot. all the best dear
Use clean n clear morning and night, drink plenty of water because it flushes out toxins and impurities, cut out chocolate, candy and fatty foods, try eating fresh food only if you can, if they get really bad go to your doctor who'll give you some cream..

there are tons of things you can do:


diet:


-eat less oily and fat foods


-less spicy foods


-drink alot of water





-change your pillow case every weekend so that you dont get acne on the side of your head


-avoid touching your face (you fingers got lots of oil and bacteria)


-cleanse/wash your face with oil free cleanser, but one that will NOT dry your face, because then you skin will produce even more oil as a defense.


-use a toner in the morning and evening


-and moisturize your skin after toning only in the morning. (that will keep moisture in balance)


-use acne/spot/pimple gel or cream

i did this and i got rid of mine!
eat less oily foods, drink lots of water..if that doesn't help. see a dermatologist..don't pop them..it'll be a bigger problem if you did just that.
You can see a doctor, acne is curable these days.





Sometimes you have to try a few different things before you find what works, and you may even have to see more than one doctor, but you can get rid of acne.

birth control pills work great to clear up acne but you would need to discuss it with your parents.
proactiv does not work, i tried it when i was your age, and it sucked, pretty much . but i went on ****** control and it really cleared my skin up but there are a umber of things you can do, you might be washing your face to much which is getting rid of the natural oils your skin produces, stop washing your face so often, i barely wash mine maybe once a week, but when i do get a pimple i wash that area maybe once a day in the mornings. also dont use those harsh cleanse use a mild soap, and a moisterizer. it will take time befor eyou see any results, and it will get worse before it gets better, but i promiss it will clear up.
use aloe liquid soap, aloe scrub and aloe lotion. all these are from forever living products.
i dont belive in using all those creams like proactive and Clearasil these never work and they can burn ur skin....the best tips for healthy skin are: 2l of water every day nuts and seeds like brazil nuts hazel nuts cashew nuts almonds stay clear of salty nuts though wash your face morning and evening hot water first then cold water eat 5bits of fruit and veg everyday if you dont like fruit buy fresh fruit and make a smoothie by blending it in a smoothie maker cleanse and tone your skin with products called ';SIMPLE'; these are great get a cleanser a toner and a moisturiser in those products o and a face exfoliater exfoliate your face ones a week also boil hot water in a kettle and pore the water in a bowl than dip a facecloth in it squeeze out and lay the hot facecloth over your face for 5minutes do this ones or twice a week than wash with cold water exercise ones a day jogging or fast walking if you get a spot use ';SUDOCREAM'; its great and doesnt harm the skin get at least 9hours sleep eat raw carrots and celery cleanse and tone your face in the morning and night and than moisturise also dont stress out this brings on spots dont eat any junk food like pizza burgers sweets fizzy drinks hope all this information helped x.x

Don't waste money. Try Neutrogena Advanced Solutions acne cleanser(I have used it) OR Try Sensiclear(Go to sensiclear.com ';it is free';.I haven't use it,but skinstore.com is telling it is the most advanced acne system for now.
