How can I stop these pimples from recurring?

I always get pimples on my chin. I'm male, 18 years old and I am just starting to model. I get pimples on my chin, about 4 at time. Never more than 4, and never anywhere other than my chin. I wash my face twice a day, drink water, try to not touch my face as much as possible. I use Mario Badesceu drying lotion at night. They just always come back as soon as some leave, new ones return. Help.... my face is my career...How can I stop these pimples from recurring?

I like cucumber juice. Wash your face with that, drink some juice as well.
