Iam breaking out bad, but I dont feel like going to the doctor or buying anything so what should I do like a do it at home yourself thing?What Is the Best way to stop pimples?
Eat healthier. Vegetables, fruit, and red meat have a lot of vitamins that are essential to healthy skin, hair, and nails. Also take a multivitamin - this should help quite a bit.





Drink more water. Water will flush out dirt that causes acne. Water keeps you hydrated, which can prevent you from retaining water and sweating too much, thus leading to acne.





Keep your hair out of your face. Oil from your hair can mess up your skin. Wash your hair regularly and keep it off of your face.





Do not overwash your face or wash it with regular soap. Soap isn't meant for that - find a product targeted to your skin type. Overwashing your face causes it to produce more oil. Wash once with warm water I'm the morning, and once at night. Pat your face dry and follow up with a light astringent on a cotton ball to remove dirt and sweat.





Moisturize with a product containing SPF. Sun rays can cause acne, belive it or not.





If you want, you can get a product called tea tree oil. Dab it on your spots overnight and it should help clear it up. Only do it once a day though - too much is overkill.

Well, zits don't go away over night. You could try a home made facial. I'm sure you can find tons of recipes online. I used to get bad break outs and what works for me is using Clean and Clear in the morning and perscription Duac at night. My breakouts cleared up within days=)
