How should i stop pimples on my back or sternum area?

I've got some pimples around my back, and around the sternum area...How should I stop them, what is the procedure that i need to do to prevent them from popping out again...





Also, How should I get rid of oily nose, and pimples on my nose???

Whatever brand you choose, the key ingredient you need to look for is salicylic acid.





Some people swear by ProActive (sp?), but I haven't tried it.
