Try to keep your skin clean. Apply anti bacteria cream and wash your face with some of those skin care products.

get enough sleep

wash your face regularly
Use tea tree oil, or seek doc's help, isotretroin works like wonders over a night's time. Really red, use a day concealer that is just for pimple, they are anti-bact and keeps ur head high!
get some anti-acne cream. or put make up to conceal them
to reduce the redness get visine... it has to b the kind for red eyes. put a couple drops on and you will c a remarkable difference!!!!
usually when they swell and are painful it means you've hit a pimple against something....that always kills, plus that makes the pimple bigger and redder, also tends to not go away as easily with pimple stuff. make sure you arnt bumping your head on stuff, though otherwise i dont really know :/
just scrub your face and use a mask 2 times a week and all your flat pimples will go a way very soon


p.s: don't forget to clean your face 2 times a day
just use face wash most fash washes work and you have to remember to wash your face in the morning and at night.
