The best way is to leave it alone, or else it will grow more.
If you irritate it in any way, (especially squeezing it!) then all it will do is get bigger and redder, and thats just not good.
Im sorry to say the best way to get rid of pimples is to... be patient!

hhhmmmm....lets seee......JUST DON'T SQUEEZE IT....DON'T PUT ANY LOTION OR CREME OR FACE WASH....THOSE MAKE IT GROW MOOORRREE!
