How do I stop an oncoming pimple?

I have this little bgger coming up in a very noticable spot on my chin.





How do I stop him from getting bigger?





I put Polysporin on it, and before bed used toothpaste with flouride; and used a acne pad before that.

You seem to be doing all you can. I usually use an acne cleaning pad, such as clearasil, and leave it be for a few hours and if it hasn't gone down keep doing what i'm doing until it does.





Of course if it's really pissing me off i pop it which is a very bad thing to do!!!!! But it works.
