cetaphil face wash. Its pretty cheap for how much you get. I use one pump of that and a sprinkle of baking soda mixed in(to exfoliate) twice a day. Wash at night and in the morning. ALWAYS take your makeup off.

Also I use Bare Minerals makeup(buy it on ebay) and Ive had far less skin problems while using it.How can I get rid of pimples and find a way of stopping breakouts?
Whenever I get a pimple, I, believe it or not, use toothpaste, which works like a charm. It burns, but dries up the pimple, greatly minimizing it. Calamine, or any other product used for drying up chicken pox, or poison ivy, lesions would also work.

First you have to get rid of any product that has oil in it, that causes breakouts, try to use as well sun block that is oil free, that will help your skin to heal a little bit. Wash your face daily (with a face wash oil free as well), if you sleep with makeup on that will cause breakout as well. I noticed that if you dont have a good night sleep it causes breakout. Trust me it takes a little time for your skin to become healthy but it will though. If your face is mostly red all the time do not use anything with alcohol that damages the skin and will leave scars or stains on your face. The more products you use, the more your skin will deteriorate. A face wash will help you a lot.
stop stressing over bragging about talking to jason dolley out of luck
i heard of clear sil altra (i know i spelled it wrong).
A quick fix for breakouts is to dab a drop of Visene on the pimple. It takes the red out just like it would your eyes. For a long term fix, you just need to get into the habit of washing your face every morning and night with any face cream. Do not splurge on expensive brands. Sometimes the local supermarket sells generic products made with the same stuff as Proactive or Clearasil.

Lauren :)
were try clearacel to stop them but to just to hide them fresh complextion cover up works great! i never leave home without it
I've been having problems with acne and pimples all of my life...But then I tried ROC PURIF-AC. Try it. It works wonders. TRULY.
Clearasil Ultra works very good. There is also clearasil ultra face wipes that get rid of extra dirt on your face.
try clearasil ultraclear
Use the gentle facial cleanser Cetaphil (made by dermatologists) twice a day--it's convenient because you can use this cleanser without water if you happen to be in that situation. Warm water is ideal as it helps open the pores a little more to clean the face compared to cold water.

Next, use an oil-free/fragrance free lotion, also by Cetaphil.

For treatment of acne, you can use some over the counter, on the spot ointments like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide, but make sure it's not more than 1%. The biggest misconception is that the stronger it is, the better--but it ends up irritating your skin.

Drink plenty of water, and after any physical activity (sports, etc.) or if it's a hot day (or you're sweating a lot for whatever reason), just make a quick run to the bathroom and splash your face with water if possible, it helps.

If none of the over the counter ointments work, try some of these prescription ones:

Retin-A Micro

Azelax

Differin

I've used all three they worked pretty well.

Proactiv *might* work for you--I tried it, but it stopped working after about 6 months, which is longer than what they cover you for (for their guarantee). Also, when I used Proactiv, I noticed that after washing my face, the towel I used to dry my face got white spots on it--somehow the product was bleaching my towel...

Anyway, I hope this helps. It's all your choice on what to use!
i use proactive and just as the comercials say it works
