you could be using the wrong kind of facewash. try using one with sycilic acid. and wash only once in the morning and once at night. if you wash too much it can give you worse probs. your skin needs to have some oils in it. moisturize and drink plenty of water.My face is coverd in tiny spots and i know its tiny pimples that are going to emerge soon. Try using 50/50 blend of apple cider vinegar and water as a toner after you wash your face. It does wonders for your complexion. It doesn't smell to wonderful but in a few days you'll see a big difference!
