How do i get rid of pimples fast and stop my face from getting oily...?

my face is oily so i have a lot of pimples and i have this party tomorrow and i wanted to get rid of the pimples soo plz help.How do i get rid of pimples fast and stop my face from getting oily...?
Wash no more than two times a day. Overwashing will only produce more oil and aggrevate the skin. Use something with no soap in it. Cetaphil or Spectro Jel are good choices. Cleanser needs to remove makeup and gunk, nothing more. Cleansers with salycylic acid etc. in it are scams. All your doing is washing the product down the sink. Next use Benzoyl Peroxide. It is more effective than salycylic acid. Use no more than 2.5% formulation, anything more than that and you will dry out. Next use a non-comedogenic (means wont clog pores) moisturizer, I use Complex 15, it's the best stuff out there. This is a routine you should be following every single day. For quick emergencies use a hot towel compress on the pimple. This will allow it to shrink in size and remove the white head if there is one. Use green tinted concealer or primer to neautralize the redness in your skin from the pimples, and use an oil free powder foundation. This is long, but hope it helps.
